📖 About this game

A game about perspective, proportion and scale, the first topic of the Drawing unit. The five terms and the scene itself are taken from the perspective figure in the book: the horizon line, the vanishing point, the parallel lines, the near shape and the far shape. One element pulses in the scene, the child taps its name from five, and the definition then appears as the book gives it. The scene is drawn in CSS rather than photographed because the book’s figure carries the names written on it, and the name is the answer. The near and far shapes are identical in form and differ only in size, which is the lesson itself: two different shapes would teach that the difference lies in the object rather than its distance. 1. Look at the scene: one element is pulsing in red.
2. Ask: is it a line, a point, or a shape near or far?
3. Tap the name of the element from the five.
4. Every element you get first try counts for you.
