📖 About this game

A game on the Arabic lesson of intensive forms, whose summary says that the intensive forms have five patterns, and whose rule chart defines them as a form derived from the verb to say that someone does the act a great deal. Why the baskets are the five patterns themselves rather than a yes-or-no question: a two-way question is answered by instinct while the lesson teaches the five patterns, and a learner who knows which pattern a given form follows has taken hold of the whole chapter. A form is sorted by its shape and not by its meaning, so no meaning is printed on the Arabic card: the vowels and the long vowel alone are enough, and no clue is needed that would leak the answer. The verb the form was derived from is hidden in the question and shown at the reveal, which is the proof and is the book own activity, since it asks the learner to take each intensive form back to the verb it came from.
