🎮 Parts of a Cell
One part pulses — name it and know its job
📖 About this game
A game about the parts of a plant cell, the first lesson in the chapter on the kingdoms of living things. A drawn cell appears with one part pulsing in it; the child taps its name from the six, and the explanation gives that part’s job as the book’s figure states it. The cell is drawn in CSS rather than photographed because a real microscope image shows the parts in near-identical colours with blurred borders, while the question needs one part standing out with no doubt. The part pulses rather than being labelled with an arrow, because a labelled arrow carries the answer. Each part twice. No sign-up.
🕹️ How to play
- Look at the cell: which part is pulsing?
- Note where it sits: in the middle, at the edge, or inside the nucleus?
- Tap the name of the part from the six.
- Every part you get first try counts for you.
