A game about arrays and multiplication, the route the book takes to the meaning of multiplication: equal rows with the same number in each. An array of dots appears, built one dot at a time rather than as a single picture, so the child can count one row and then count the rows. The distractors are not random: one is addition instead of multiplication, the common mistake in this lesson, and the other is an array with neighbouring dimensions. No sign-up.
